At Fortsatta, every order is handled with care to make sure you receive high-quality pieces on time.

Preorders:  
Preorder items are made to order and typically ship within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If any delays occur, updates will be announced on our official social media pages to keep customers informed.

Premade Items:  
Premade products are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow standard carrier times for delivery once your order is in transit.
